Hometown: I grew up in the land of "gooey butter cake" and toasted ravioli- aka St. Charles, Missouri where I first caught the theatre bug while acting and dancing in shows throughout the area.
Currently: I am working on post-prod for my new show, Plant Moms. I recently signed with UGA talent and earned my SAG card! This January, I will begin filming for the short film, Homesick and the second episode in the comedy web series, Bimbos.
Why: Because I believe in the power of storytelling. Storytelling fosters community and a sense of empathy as we see ourselves and our neighbors in the media we consume. I strive to create art and space for opportunity that encourages people to feel seen, heard, and hopefully a little less alone.
A few things that make me, ME:
1) I can frequently be found dancing-like-no-one-is-watching, which often means getting caught grooving in elevators.
2) I love baking and hope to one day publish my own cookbook.
3) I am on a life long hunt for the best fried chicken.
4) I am a teaching artist for an after school arts program for middle schoolers
